Are your products authentic?
Absolutely! Every item you see on Pickle Podium is 100% authentic. We work directly with trusted pickleball brands, official distributors, or authorized resellers to bring you the best gear available.
Are all the items listed on your website in stock?
Most of the items you see on Pickle Podium are in stock and ready to ship. However, stock quantities can vary, especially with high-demand paddles or limited-edition gear.
In the rare event that you place an order for something that just sold out, we’ll contact you immediately to suggest a replacement or issue a refund.

The item I wanted is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Restocks depend on the brand and product. Some paddles, bags, or accessories are limited runs and may not return once sold out. Others may take a few weeks or months to be available again, especially if they are imported from overseas.
If you’d like us to notify you when a product comes back, just message us and we’ll keep you posted.
Do you have a physical store where I can view the items before purchasing?
Yes! All pickleball products from Pickle Podium are proudly displayed at our main sister store, Oribags. You can visit us there to check out the gear before you purchase:

Is everything online available in your store?
Not everything. Space is limited at our physical store, so some items are only available online. If you’d like to check whether a specific paddle, bag, or accessory is available in-store, contact us at:

Do I need to register an account before I can purchase?
We recommend it! Having an account makes it easier to track your orders, manage returns, and enjoy a smoother checkout experience.
What payment options are available on Pickle Podium?

How long will delivery take?

Within Malaysia: 1–3 working days

International orders: 3–8 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Note: Please allow some buffer for unexpected courier delays.
If you need something urgently (like for a tournament this weekend!), we highly recommend visiting our store directly.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is packed, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can then track your parcel directly with the courier.
Can I buy from your Shopee/Lazada shop and pick up directly from the store?
Unfortunately, no. Marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada have strict policies requiring all orders to be shipped through their system. If you need your item urgently, it’s best to buy directly from our retail store or from PicklePodium.com.
Will I need to pay taxes if I order internationally?
That depends on your country’s customs regulations. Some may impose import duties or taxes on sports equipment. If so, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges upon arrival.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, WhatsApp us at +6019 8888 489 or contact us on our socials immediately and we’ll try our best to assist before it’s shipped.
Do your products come with warranties?
Yes – warranties are provided by the respective pickleball brands or local distributors, not directly by Pickle Podium.

While we don’t issue warranties ourselves, our after-sales team will assist you with any warranty claims. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll coordinate with the brand or distributor on your behalf.
